Please select this service if you are presenting as a new client. This appointment consists of around 20 minutes of consultation and assessment followed by a 55 minute sports massage therapy session. Treatment can include sports massage, soft tissue release, cupping therapy, tool work, stretching, and aftercare advice.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled a treatment. If less notice is given, a refund cannot be given.
